Points for orders are only accumulated after the 26th of May 2023. Unfortunately all orders made prior will not count towards your Mani Membership.
You simply have to log in to your account above and you will be able to check your Mani Membership status, Polish Points and check your progress towards reaching the next tier.
Redeeming Polish Points is super easy! Simply log in to your Mani Membership account and in the points section, click 'REDEEM'. This will create a code which you can copy and then paste into your cart at checkout. Please note, you will only be able to see the 'REDEEM' button once you have accumulated enough points.
Once you enter into any tier above Whitney White, you will receive an email with a coupon for your tier rewards. You will be able to redeem the rewards by using this coupon on your next order.
Rewards will not automatically be gifted once you place an order that gets you into the tier. Once you enter the tier you will receive an email with a coupon which you can then use on your NEXT order.
The Nickie Nude coupon will expire after 60 days, all other tier coupons will expire after 1 year.

Polish Points need to be used within 1 year of earning them.
There could be a few reasons for this.
You were not signed in to your Mani Membership account and you checked out as a guest. If you have done this in error please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will adjust this for you.
There is a delay in point accumulation so if you checked out signed in to your Mani Membership account, you can check back within 24 hours. If the points still have not accumulated, please email us email@example.com and we will adjust this for you.
All returned orders will result in Polish Points being deducted from your balance.
