At this time, all Australian customers are eligible to become Mani Members. Our International customers will be able to join soon... we promise!

Points for orders are only accumulated after the 26th of May 2023. Unfortunately all orders made prior will not count towards your Mani Membership.
You simply have to log in to your account above and you will be able to check your Mani Membership status, Polish Points and check your progress towards reaching the next tier.
Using your Mani Membership points is super easy and rewarding! Here’s how:
1. Log into your account and go to the Mani Membership page.
2. On the Membership page, you’ll see your points balance.
3. You can then redeem those points into a discount code right on the page.
4. At checkout, simply apply the discount code to enjoy your savings!
The more points you have, the bigger the discount!

- Your friend has placed an order, but it is not over $120.
- Your friend has not placed an order.

Polish Points need to be used within 1 year of earning them.
There could be a few reasons for this.
- You were not signed in to your Mani Membership account and you checked out as a guest. If you have done this in error please email us hello@esmioaustralia.com and we will adjust this for you.
- There is a delay in point accumulation so if you checked out signed in to your Mani Membership account, you can check back within 24 hours. If the points still have not accumulated, please email us hello@esmioaustralia.com and we will adjust this for you.
All returned orders will result in Polish Points being deducted from your balance.
