Returns  

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on the basis that everything is unused and in the exact same condition that you received it in, including its original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require you to notify us through email to ensure eligibility with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Returns are eligible for all customers in all Countries as long as the criteria has been met.

NOTE: To ensure safety and strict hygiene measures, unwrapped gel polishes cannot be returned due to change of mind, incorrect ordering or any other circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a number of days.

Sale items or those purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded or returned.

Allergies

Please verify that none of our products contain any cosmetic ingredients that you are allergic or sensitive to. You can find a list of ingredients on each product page.

If you have experienced an allergic reaction to our gel polish within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a full refund of the gel product price, excluding shipping costs and product costs unrelated to the cause of sensitivity, i.e. LED Nail Lamp or Nail Files. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of your allergy or sensitivity.

Please note that we may request additional information or documentation to verify the allergy or sensitivity. We may also ask that you return the product to us for inspection before issuing a refund.

We take allergies and sensitivities very seriously and want to ensure that our products are safe for all customers. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for the same item if there are any defects or damages. 

Gifts

If a gift was given to you and it is applicable for a refund or return, the amount will be refunded to the person who purchased the gift. Exchanges will be sent to the recipient of the gift.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
