Description

Get the perfect French Tip mani every time, with our French Tip Gel Extensions. With 15 sizes and 10 pieces per size, you'll receive a total of 150 pre buffed, pre shaped and pre painted extensions per box. They create the perfect simple application and last 21+ days with proper application.

Please Note: Once adhered, you will need to paint and cure one coat of our 2in1 Optional Base coat & Extension Gel Adhesive followed by one coat of our Optional Top Coat.

HOW TO

APPLICATION

1. For the perfect nail prep, please ensure you have read and followed our detailed ‘How To’ guide under ‘Nail Preparation’ HERE.

2. Starting from your pinky and working towards your thumb, apply a thin layer of 2in1 Base Coat and Extension Gel Adhesive in the middle of your nail, leaving space around the sides and cuticle.

3. Underneath your French Tip Gel Nail Extension, add a drop of 2in1 Base Coat and Extension Gel Adhesive to the side where the extension meets your cuticle edge.

4. Prepare your Flash Cure Lamp for application (ensure it's turned on), then adhere your French Tip Gel Extensions starting from the cuticle and working towards the free edge.

NOTE: If you notice any bubbles under the extension, gently lift and reapply more gel as needed. The application process should be smooth without the need for excessive pressure. Likewise, if the gel overflows onto your cuticles after applying the extension, remove the extension and wipe off all the excess gel from your nail and cuticle using 100% Isopropyl Alcohol. Then, repeat the process. These issues may occur initially but should not happen once you become accustomed to applying your French Tip Gel Nail Extensions

5. Hold and Flash cure each extension under the Flash Cure Lamp for 10 seconds. Once all nails are done, place your hand under our Nail Lamp for 60 seconds to fully cure the extensions into place.

6. After applying and curing each extension, apply one coat of 2in1 Base Coat and Extension Gel Adhesive on top, then cure for 60 seconds. This step is crucial to prevent chipping of the white tip.

7. Complete your manicure by applying one coat of Optional Top Coat, ensuring to cap the free edge, and then cure for 60 seconds.

PRO TIP: Simplify the application process by starting with your pinky and working towards your index finger when applying the French Tip Gel Extensions. Save both thumbs for last to make the process easier.

REMOVAL

1. Trim your Gel Nail Extensions to match your natural nail length using our Pro Nail Cutter.

2. To remove your French Tip Gel Extensions, utilise the Extension Removal File to file off all gel until you reach your extension. Alternatively, you can use a 100/180 Grit Nail File or Hard Buffer.

3. Apply two coats of our One Step Gel Remover, ensuring careful application to avoid contact with the skin. Allow 30 seconds between each coat.

4. Allow 3-5 minutes for our One Step Gel Remover to effectively penetrate the Gel Extension. Sensations of slight tightness indicate the lifting of the gel extension from the nail, which is a normal occurrence and will subside.

5. Once you observe your extensions becoming gooey in texture, place your nails (one at a time) on a tissue. Using the flat edge of our Pro Scraper Tool, push the extension down towards the tissue. Note that the extensions will solidify after removal, so it's essential to complete this step on a tissue.

6. If any excess Gel Extension remains, repeat the aforementioned process.

7. Use our Soft Buffer Block to gently remove any remaining residue.

8. Give your hands a wash, and you are ready for your next manicure!

HOW LONG DOES ESMIO GEL LAST?

Esmio One Step Gel lasts from 7-14 days for manicures and 3-4 weeks for pedicures. If you find your One Step Gel Polish is not lasting as long, please review how you prep your nails and ensure you are applying thin coats between curing.

HOW DO I REMOVE ESMIO GEL?

1. Begin by gently buffing the shine off your One Step Gel Polish using our 100/180 Grit File or our Hard Buffer.
2. Apply two coats of our One Step Gel Remover onto the buffed nails, ensuring careful application to avoid contact with the skin. Allow 30 seconds between each coat.
3. Allow 3-5 minutes for our One Step Gel Remover to effectively penetrate the One Step Gel Polish. Sensations of slight tightness indicate the lifting of the polish from the nails, which is a normal occurrence.

CAN I USE ESMIO GEL COLOUR WITHOUT A BASE AND TOP COAT?

Base and top coats are completely optional! Our gel colours will not stain or damage your natural nails even without a base coat. Esmio gel has been created to leave a shine after each coat. Allowing you to end your nail application after any coat. The colours do not leave a sticky surface between coats so they is not need to wipe with rubbing alcohol at the end!

However we have included some optional base and top coats which we designed to fulfil the individual needs of every women.

IS ESMIO GEL CRUELTY FREE?

Yes! Esmio Australia can confirm that the raw materials used and the finish products have not been subject to any animal testing and are in fact cruelty free.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT MY CUTICLES?

We recommend you use our cuticle softener to soften your cuticles then push them back with our cuticle pusher. This can be purchased via the tools section on the main menu of our website. Remember not to paint over your cuticles as it will lift up your manicure when your nails start to grow. Do not moisturise your cuticles until after your manicure as it will leave an oily residue causing your manicure not last as long. Use the esmio cuticle oil at the very end of your manicure as it promotes circulation around nails and growth. It protects and ensures nails remain healthy.

DO I NEED TO BUFF MY NAILS BEFORE APPLYING ESMIO GEL?

We recommend a light buff before applying any esmio gel products to remove any natural oils that may have built up. Use our strong hold bond to dehydrate your nails and remove any oil.

MY NAILS DON’T SEEM TO SET AFTER THE RECOMMENDED CURING TIME.

If your nails still have a sticky surface after your final colour coat and/or top coat you may have been applying your polish on too thick. Put your hand under the lamp for a further 60 seconds and remember to apply thinner coats next time. Please note that thicker coats will result in premature chipping.

DO I NEED TO WIPE WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL AFTER A ESMIO COLOUR GEL OR TOP COAT?

Not at all! We have designed our coloured gels and top coat to be all no wipe. We recognise the beauty in convenience so we didn’t want to add an unnecessary step to your nail routine. You can even apply 1 coat of colour, stop painting your nails for a while and come back to it after. Each coat leaves a shiny, tack free surface!
